1. 關於這份條款 · About these terms

這份條款是你和 Purrbox 之間的約定。Purrbox 由一位個人開發者製作和經營（以下稱「我們」）。使用 Purrbox App、官網或伺服器，就表示你同意這份條款和隱私權政策；不同意的話請不要使用。中文版和英文版有出入時，以中文版為準。

These terms are an agreement between you and Purrbox, which is made and run by an independent developer ("we"). By using the Purrbox app, website or server, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy; if you don't agree, please don't use Purrbox. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version applies.

2. 誰可以使用 · Who can use Purrbox

你要年滿 13 歲。
You must be at least 13 years old.
付費功能（付費對戰的報名費、商店）需要成年（依你所在地的法律，在台灣是 18 歲）。未成年的話，要先得到父母或監護人的同意。
Paid features (the entry fee for paid matches and the shop) require you to be an adult where you live (18 in Taiwan). If you are a minor, you need your parent's or guardian's permission first.
你要遵守所在地的法律。如果當地不允許用加密資產付款，請不要使用付費功能。
You must follow the laws where you live. If paying with crypto assets is not allowed there, don't use the paid features.

3. 使用授權 · License

我們授權你在自己的裝置上，為個人、非商業用途使用 Purrbox App。這個授權是有限、非專屬、不能轉讓的，我們可以依這份條款撤回。
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, which we may revoke under these terms, to use the Purrbox app on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
遊戲、程式、美術、音樂、音效和 Purrbox 名稱的權利都屬於我們（第三方素材見下方「版權」）。
The game, code, art, music, sound effects and the Purrbox name belong to us (third-party materials are listed under "Copyright" below).
除了法律允許的範圍，你不可以修改、反向工程或重新散布 App，也不可以用它做出外掛或修改版的 App。
Except as the law allows, you may not modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it to build cheats or modified versions of the app.

4. 你的錢包 · Your wallet

登入和付款都透過你自己的 Solana 錢包。私鑰和助記詞只在你手上：我們拿不到，弄丟了也沒辦法幫你找回。
You sign in and pay with your own Solana wallet. Your private key and seed phrase stay with you: we never have them and cannot recover them if they are lost.
每一筆付款都要你在錢包 App 裡確認。區塊鏈交易送出後就不能取消或更改。網路手續費（SOL）由錢包另外收取，不會退還。
Every payment must be approved by you in your wallet app. Once sent, a blockchain transaction cannot be cancelled or changed. Network fees (SOL) are charged by your wallet and are not refunded.
你要自己保管好錢包。用你的錢包登入或付款的操作，都視為你本人做的。
You are responsible for keeping your wallet secure. Anything done by signing in or paying with your wallet is treated as done by you.

5. 付費對戰與報名費 · Paid matches and the entry fee

線上對戰都是付費對戰。房間湊齊人之後，每位玩家付報名費（目前每場 1 SKR，付款前 App 會顯示金額）。報名費付給 Purrbox，用來支付伺服器和營運。
All online matches are paid matches. Once a room is full, each player pays the entry fee (currently 1 SKR per match; the app shows the amount before you pay). Entry fees go to Purrbox and pay for the server and running the game.
報名費付給 Purrbox，不是付給其他玩家：贏了也不拿別人的 SKR。每個人付的報名費都一樣，跟對戰結果無關；對戰結果只會記在排行榜和每日成績裡，不會讓任何人拿到 SKR 或其他有價值的東西。
Entry fees go to Purrbox, not to other players: winners don't take anyone's SKR. Everyone pays the same fee whatever the result, and results only go to the leaderboard and the daily results; nobody receives SKR or anything else of value for them.
付款期限內（目前 45 秒）沒有付款，這一場就沒有你。常常配對後不付款，會暫時不能排付費對戰（1 小時內第 1 次 60 秒、第 2 次 5 分鐘、第 3 次起 30 分鐘）。
If you don't pay within the payment window (currently 45 seconds), the match goes on without you. If you often skip paying after being matched, you are briefly blocked from paid matches (within an hour: 60 seconds the first time, 5 minutes the second, 30 minutes from the third).
我們之後可能調整報名費。新的金額會在付款前顯示，已經付的款不受影響。
We may change the entry fee later. A new amount is shown before you pay and does not affect payments already made.

6. 退款 · Refunds

以下情況會自動全額退回報名費到付款的錢包：

The entry fee is refunded in full, automatically, to the wallet that paid it when:

付款的玩家不到 2 位，房間沒有開始。已付的報名費會先保留成報名額度，下一房直接算已付款；10 分鐘內沒用到，或你回到標題畫面，就會自動退回。
Fewer than 2 players paid and the room did not start. Your fee is first held: the next room counts it as paid. If it isn't used within 10 minutes, or you go back to the title screen, it is refunded.
這一場作廢，例如沒有任何貓進過箱子、所有玩家都離開，或伺服器出了問題。
The match doesn't count, for example because no cat ever got into the box, every player left, or the server had a problem.
重複的付款，或付款期限結束後才送出的付款。
A payment was a duplicate, or was sent after the payment window closed.

以下情況不退款：

These are not refunded:

正常打完的一場，不論輸贏。
A match that was played to the end, whether you won or lost.
你在對戰中離開、棄權，或斷線超過 15 秒被判棄權（除非這一場後來作廢）。
You left or forfeited during the match, or were disconnected for more than 15 seconds and forfeited (unless the match ends up not counting).
網路手續費（SOL）。
Network fees (SOL).

退款通常幾分鐘內完成，你的錢包要有 SKR 帳戶才收得到。少數情況（例如短時間內有很多筆退款，或鏈上一時查不到付款）會改成人工處理，可能要幾天。覺得應該退款卻沒收到，請附上交易簽章寫信給我們。

Refunds usually arrive within minutes; your wallet needs a SKR token account to receive them. In rare cases (for example many refunds in a short time, or a payment that can't be found on-chain right away) a refund is handled by hand and can take a few days. If you think a refund is missing, email us with the transaction signature.

7. 商店與外觀 · Shop and cosmetics

商店用 SKR 購買外觀（服裝、花色、紙箱、勝利動作），價格在購買前顯示。持有 Seeker Genesis Token（SGT）的錢包可以免費領取 Seeker 項圈。
The shop sells cosmetics (outfits, coats, boxes and victory effects) for SKR, priced before you buy. Wallets holding a Seeker Genesis Token (SGT) can claim the Seeker Collar for free.
買到的外觀綁定你的錢包，不會過期，只要 Purrbox 還在營運就一直可以使用。外觀只改變造型，不影響輸贏。外觀不是代幣或 NFT，沒有現金價值，不能轉讓、出售或換回 SKR。
Cosmetics you buy are tied to your wallet and never expire; you can use them for as long as Purrbox runs. They only change how your cat looks and never affect the result. Cosmetics are not tokens or NFTs, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged back for SKR.
外觀送到你的錢包之後就不能退款。買了已經有的商品，那筆付款會自動退回。付款成功卻沒有收到商品，請寫信給我們，我們會補發或退款。
Once a cosmetic is delivered to your wallet it can't be refunded. Paying for an item you already own is refunded automatically. If you paid but didn't receive the item, email us and we will deliver it or refund you.

8. 公平遊戲 · Fair play

不可以：使用外掛、修改版 App 或自動操作程式；利用漏洞；用多個錢包或和別人串通操縱成績或排行榜；干擾或攻擊伺服器；使用別人的錢包；或做其他違法、破壞別人遊戲的行為。

Don't use cheats, modified apps or bots; exploit bugs; use several wallets or collude with others to manipulate results or the leaderboard; disrupt or attack the server; use someone else's wallet; or do anything else that is illegal or ruins the game for others.

違反的話，我們可以把相關的對戰從排行榜和每日成績中排除、讓對戰作廢，或暫停、停止你使用付費功能。因為違規而被處理的對戰不退報名費。發現漏洞請寫信告訴我們。

If you do, we may remove the matches involved from the leaderboard and daily results, mark matches as not counting, or suspend or end your access to paid features. Entry fees for matches handled this way are not refunded. If you find a bug, please email us.

9. 排行榜與每日成績 · Leaderboard and daily results

排行榜只計算有效的付費對戰（正常結束、至少 20 秒，不含「只剩一位玩家」而獲勝的場）；官方榜只收持有 SGT 的玩家。計算方式之後可能調整，發現作弊時我們會修正成績。
The leaderboard counts only valid paid matches (finished normally, at least 20 seconds long, not won by being the last player left); the official board only lists SGT holders. We may adjust how it is calculated and correct results when we find cheating.
每日成績會公開，並把檔案的指紋寫上區塊鏈（見隱私權政策）。鏈上的紀錄無法刪除。
Daily results are published and the file's fingerprint is written to the blockchain (see the Privacy Policy). On-chain records cannot be deleted.

10. 服務的變更與停止 · Changes and discontinuation

我們會持續更新遊戲，可能調整規則、平衡、價格和功能，也可能因為維修、故障或區塊鏈網路的問題暫停服務。進行中的對戰因此作廢時，照上面的規則退款。
We keep updating the game and may change its rules, tuning, prices and features. The service may pause for maintenance, outages or problems with the blockchain network. A match that doesn't count because of this is refunded under the rules above.
如果 Purrbox 要停止營運，我們會至少 30 天前在官網公告、停止收新的付款，並退回還保留著的報名費。停止營運後，外觀和排行榜也會一起結束，不另外補償。
If Purrbox shuts down, we will announce it on the website at least 30 days ahead, stop taking new payments, and refund any held entry fees. After that, cosmetics and the leaderboard end with the service, without further compensation.

11. 免責聲明 · Disclaimer

Purrbox 依「現狀」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不保證服務不中斷、沒有錯誤，或符合你的特定需求。
Purrbox is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
我們不控制 Solana 區塊鏈、SKR、你的錢包 App 或其他第三方服務，對它們的故障、延遲或變更不負責。SKR 的價格會變動，我們不提供任何投資或財務建議。
We don't control the Solana blockchain, SKR, your wallet app or other third-party services, and are not responsible for their failures, delays or changes. The price of SKR changes; we give no investment or financial advice.

12. 責任限制 · Limitation of liability

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對間接、附帶、特殊或衍生的損失負責（例如利潤損失、資料遺失）。任何和 Purrbox 有關的請求，我們的總責任以你在請求前 12 個月內付給 Purrbox 的金額為上限。
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data). For any claim related to Purrbox, our total liability is limited to what you paid Purrbox in the 12 months before the claim.
因為我們的故意或重大過失造成的損害，以及法律規定不能事先排除的責任，不受上面的限制。
This does not limit liability for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded in advance.

13. Solana Mobile · Solana Mobile

這份條款只存在於你和我們之間。Solana Mobile 和它的母公司、子公司、關係企業、主管、員工、代理人、合作夥伴、供應商與授權人（合稱「Solana Mobile 各方」）都不是這份條款的當事人，對你使用 Purrbox 或任何相關程式不負任何責任或義務。客服、退款和保固都由我們負責。
These terms are between you and us only. Solana Mobile and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers and licensors (the "Solana Mobile Parties") are not a party to these terms and have no responsibility or liability to you in connection with Purrbox or any related program. We alone are responsible for support, refunds and warranty.
上面的免責聲明和責任限制同樣保護 Solana Mobile 各方：在法律允許的最大範圍內，他們對 Purrbox 不做任何明示或默示的保證，也不對任何直接、間接、特殊、衍生、附帶、懲罰性或其他任何損害負責。
The disclaimer and limitation of liability above also protect the Solana Mobile Parties: to the fullest extent the law allows, they make no express or implied warranties about Purrbox and are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary or other damages whatsoever.

14. 條款的修改 · Changes to these terms

我們可能更新這份條款，更新時會修改這一頁和上面的日期；重大的變更會另外在 App 或官網通知。更新之後繼續使用 Purrbox，就表示你同意新的條款。

We may update these terms. When we do, we update this page and the date above, and we announce major changes in the app or on the website. Using Purrbox after an update means you accept the new terms.

15. 準據法與爭議 · Governing law and disputes

這份條款依中華民國（臺灣）法律解釋。有爭議時，請先寫信給我們協商；協商不成，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。這不影響你依所在地法律享有、不能事先放棄的消費者權利。

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). If there is a dispute, please email us first so we can try to resolve it; otherwise the Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance. This does not affect consumer rights that the law where you live does not let you waive.
