Privacy Policy

- Practice vs AI works offline and sends no data.
- For online play we receive your public wallet address, your payment and match records, and your IP address (logs keep only a one-way hash of it).
- No ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data. We never see your private key or seed phrase.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time: support@purrboxgame.party.
1. Who we are
Purrbox is a game made and run by an independent developer ("we"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy covers the Purrbox app, its server and this website (purrboxgame.party). Contact: support@purrboxgame.party.
2. Offline practice
Practice vs AI runs entirely on your phone. It does not connect to our server or send any data.
3. What we receive
- Connection data: when you play online, our server sees your IP address. It is used only to connect you and to prevent abuse (for example, limiting connections per network). Logs never store the raw IP, only a one-way hash.
- Wallet address: when you connect a Solana wallet, we receive your public wallet address and the sign-in message your wallet signs. Signing in is not a transaction and moves no funds.
- Sign-in token: after you sign in, your phone keeps a sign-in token and our server keeps only a hash of it. It expires after 30 days and is deleted as soon as you sign out.
- Payment records: for paid-match entry fees (1 SKR per match) and shop purchases, we record the transaction signature, the amount, the paying wallet, the room or item it was for, and any refunds.
- Match results: for each online match, the seats that played (wallet addresses in paid matches), the winner, the duration, how it ended, and whether each player holds a Seeker Genesis Token (SGT).
- SGT check: we check on the Solana blockchain whether your wallet holds an SGT (for the official leaderboard and the Seeker Collar) and keep the result and the token's address.
- Cosmetics: the cosmetics you bought or claimed, and the ones you have equipped.
- In-game controls: used only to run the match in real time.
- Server logs: technical logs may include wallet addresses (never raw IPs or sign-in tokens). They rotate automatically and only the most recent part is kept.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or photos. If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to answer you.
4. How we use it, and why
- To run online matches, sign you in, take payments, deliver cosmetics and send refunds: this is needed to provide the service under our Terms of Use.
- To keep Purrbox fair and secure (limiting connections, preventing abuse and cheating, fixing problems): our legitimate interest in a working, fair game.
- To keep payment and refund records as accounting and tax rules require: a legal obligation.
- To publish the leaderboard and the daily results described below: part of the service you choose when you play paid matches.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we make no automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
5. What is public
- Leaderboard: the paid-match leaderboard shows wallet addresses, wins, matches played, SGT status and equipped cosmetics. The official board only counts SGT holders.
- Daily on-chain results: every day at 00:10 UTC, the server collects the previous day's valid paid matches that included an SGT holder into a file published at https://purrboxgame.party/results/<date>.txt: one line per match with the room number, end time, number of players, winning seat, each seat's wallet address and SGT status, the duration and how it ended. A Solana transaction then writes the file's fingerprint (a hash) to the blockchain so anyone can verify the results were not altered. Only the fingerprint is on-chain, not wallet addresses; on-chain records cannot be changed or deleted.
- On-chain transactions: payments and refunds are Solana transactions, which are public by nature.
6. Who we share data with
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
- Service providers that run Purrbox for us: Contabo (the server, in Seattle, USA, where the data is stored), Helius (the RPC service our server uses to read the Solana blockchain; it receives wallet addresses and transaction signatures in those requests) and Cloudflare (domain DNS only; your connection does not pass through Cloudflare).
- The Solana blockchain is public: anything written to it can be seen by anyone.
- Your wallet app (for example, Seed Vault Wallet or Phantom): sign-in and payments happen in the wallet app, under its own privacy policy.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of players or Purrbox.
7. Where your data is stored
Our server and its data are in the United States. If you play online from another country, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States, whose data protection laws may differ from yours. We protect it as this policy describes wherever it is processed.
8. How long we keep data
- Sign-in tokens: up to 30 days, deleted when you sign out. Non-payment cooldown records: 1 day.
- Match results, leaderboard, cosmetics, payment and refund records: kept while the service runs, for the leaderboard, refunds and accounting, unless you ask us to delete them (section 10).
- Server logs: rotated and overwritten automatically; only the most recent part is kept.
9. Security
All connections to Purrbox are encrypted (HTTPS and secure WebSockets). Sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes, raw IP addresses are never logged, the server's keys are stored encrypted, and only the developer can access the server. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell affected players if a breach puts their data at risk.
10. Delete your account and data
- Sign out: in the app, tap your wallet at the top right and choose Sign Out. This deletes the sign-in token from your phone and from our server.
- Delete your data: email support@purrboxgame.party with your wallet address. We may ask you to show that you control the wallet (for example, by signing a short message in your wallet app). Within 30 days we delete your profile, cosmetics, leaderboard entries and the match records linked to your wallet. In a published daily results file, your line is replaced by its fingerprint, so the on-chain verification still holds.
- We keep payment records that accounting or tax laws require, and we cannot delete transactions on the Solana blockchain.
- Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored on your phone.
11. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about your wallet, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email support@purrboxgame.party; we answer within 30 days, free of charge, and you will not be treated differently for asking. Depending on where you live, you may also have these rights:
- European Union, EEA and United Kingdom: the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
- United States (for example, California and other states with consumer privacy laws): the rights to know, access, correct and delete your personal information. In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (wallet addresses; IP addresses, which we log only as hashes), commercial information (payments and purchases) and internet activity (match results and server logs), from you and from the public blockchain, for the purposes in section 4. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not collect sensitive personal information. You may use an authorized agent.
- Taiwan: under the Personal Data Protection Act, you may inquire about, review, get copies of, supplement or correct your data, and ask us to stop collecting, processing or using it, or to delete it.
- Other places: we honor the requests above for everyone, and you keep any other rights your local law gives you.
12. Children and minors
Purrbox is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Wallet sign-in, online matches and the shop are for adults: if you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), use them only with your parent's or guardian's permission. Practice vs AI needs no data at all. Parents or guardians who believe a child has given us data can contact us and we will delete it.
13. This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. On the home page, the language you pick is stored only in your own browser. Like any website, our web server sees your IP address in order to send you the page.
14. Changes to this policy
If anything changes, we update this page and the date at the top, and we announce major changes in the app or on the website.
15. Languages and contact
This policy is available in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, and the three versions say the same thing. If they differ, the Traditional Chinese version applies. For any question, or to exercise your rights, email support@purrboxgame.party.

1. 我們是誰
Purrbox 是一位個人開發者製作和經營的遊戲（以下稱「我們」），由我們負責這份政策所說的個人資料。這份政策適用於 Purrbox App、它的伺服器和這個網站（purrboxgame.party）。聯絡方式：support@purrboxgame.party。
2. 不連網路的練習
「練習（對 AI）」完全在你的手機上進行，不會連到伺服器，也不會送出任何資料。
3. 我們收到的資料
- 連線資料：線上對戰時伺服器會看到你的 IP 位址，只用來建立連線和防止濫用（例如限制同一個網路的連線數）。日誌不保存原始 IP，只記錄無法還原的雜湊值。
- 錢包位址：你連接 Solana 錢包時，我們會收到你的公開錢包位址，以及錢包簽署的登入訊息。登入不是交易，不會動到任何資產。
- 登入憑證：登入後你的手機會保存一組登入憑證，伺服器只保存它的雜湊值。憑證 30 天後失效；你登出時也會立刻刪除。
- 付款紀錄：付費對戰的報名費（每場 1 SKR）和商店購買，我們會記錄交易簽章、金額、付款的錢包、對應的房間或商品，以及退款紀錄。
- 對戰結果：每一場線上對戰的參賽座位（付費對戰會記錄錢包位址）、勝負、時間長度、結束原因，以及是否持有 Seeker Genesis Token（SGT）。
- SGT 查詢：我們會在 Solana 區塊鏈上查詢你的錢包是否持有 SGT（用於官方排行榜和 Seeker 項圈），並保存查詢結果和那顆 SGT 的位址。
- 外觀：你買到或領到的外觀，以及目前裝備的外觀。
- 遊戲操作：對戰中的操作只用來即時計算那一場。
- 伺服器日誌：技術日誌可能包含錢包位址（不含原始 IP 和登入憑證），會自動輪替覆蓋，只保留最近的一小段。
我們不會要求你的姓名、電子郵件、電話、位置、聯絡人或照片。如果你寫信給我們，我們會收到你的電子郵件地址和信件內容，只用來回覆你。
4. 我們怎麼使用，以及為什麼
- 進行線上對戰、讓你登入、收款、發送外觀、退款：這是依照使用條款提供服務所必需的。
- 維持遊戲公平與安全（限制連線數、防止濫用和作弊、修正問題）：這是讓遊戲正常、公平運作的正當利益。
- 依會計和稅務規定保存付款與退款紀錄：這是法律上的義務。
- 公開下面說的排行榜和每日成績：這是你選擇參加付費對戰時服務的一部分。
我們不會把你的資料用在廣告或建立個人檔案上，也不會用自動化方式對你做出有法律效果或類似重大影響的決定。
5. 公開的資料
- 排行榜：付費對戰的排行榜會公開錢包位址、勝場、場數、是否持有 SGT，以及裝備的外觀。官方榜只計算持有 SGT 的玩家。
- 每日成績上鏈：每天 UTC 00:10（台灣時間早上 8:10），伺服器會把前一天「有 SGT 玩家參加的有效付費對戰」整理成一份檔案，公開放在 https://purrboxgame.party/results/<日期>.txt。每一場一行，內容是房號、結束時間、人數、獲勝座位、每個座位的錢包位址和是否持有 SGT、時間長度、結束原因。伺服器再用一筆 Solana 交易把這份檔案的指紋（雜湊值）寫上區塊鏈，讓任何人都能驗證成績沒有被竄改。區塊鏈上只有指紋，沒有錢包位址；鏈上紀錄無法更改或刪除。
- 鏈上交易：付款和退款都是 Solana 區塊鏈上的交易，本來就是公開的。
6. 我們會跟誰分享資料
- 我們不出售你的個人資料，也不會為了廣告分享它。
- 替我們運作 Purrbox 的服務商：Contabo（伺服器主機，位於美國西雅圖，資料保存在那裡）、Helius（伺服器用來讀取 Solana 區塊鏈的 RPC 服務，查詢時會收到錢包位址和交易簽章）、Cloudflare（只提供網域的 DNS，你的連線不經過 Cloudflare）。
- Solana 區塊鏈是公開的：寫上去的內容任何人都看得到。
- 你的錢包 App（例如 Seed Vault Wallet 或 Phantom）：登入和付款都在錢包 App 裡進行，適用它自己的隱私權政策。
- 法律要求時，或為了保護玩家或 Purrbox 的權利與安全。
7. 資料保存在哪裡
我們的伺服器和資料都在美國。如果你在其他國家或地區進行線上對戰，你的資料會傳送到美國處理，當地的個資保護法律可能跟你所在地不同。不論在哪裡處理，我們都會照這份政策保護它。
8. 保存期間
- 登入憑證：最多 30 天，登出時刪除。沒有付款的冷卻紀錄：1 天。
- 對戰結果、排行榜、外觀、付款和退款紀錄：在服務營運期間保存，用於排行榜、退款和帳務；你也可以請我們刪除（見第 10 節）。
- 伺服器日誌：自動輪替覆蓋，只保留最近的一小段。
9. 安全
所有連到 Purrbox 的連線都有加密（HTTPS 和加密的 WebSocket）。登入憑證只保存雜湊值、日誌不記錄原始 IP、伺服器的金鑰加密保存，而且只有開發者本人能存取伺服器。沒有任何系統是絕對安全的，但我們會盡力保護你的資料；如果發生外洩、可能影響到你的資料，我們會通知受影響的玩家。
10. 刪除帳號和資料
- 登出：在 App 裡點右上角的錢包，選「登出」。這會刪除你手機上和伺服器上的登入憑證。
- 刪除資料：寄信到 support@purrboxgame.party，附上你的錢包位址。我們可能會請你證明你擁有這個錢包（例如在錢包 App 裡簽署一段簡短的訊息）。我們會在 30 天內刪除你的個人資料、外觀、排行榜紀錄，以及跟你的錢包相關的對戰紀錄。已公開的每日成績檔裡，你那一行會換成它的指紋，鏈上的驗證照樣有效。
- 會計或稅務法規要求保存的付款紀錄會保留；Solana 區塊鏈上的交易我們無法刪除。
- 解除安裝 App 會刪除它存在你手機上的所有資料。
11. 你的權利
不論你住在哪裡，都可以請我們告訴你我們保存了哪些跟你的錢包相關的資料、提供副本、更正、刪除，或停止使用。請寄信到 support@purrboxgame.party；我們會在 30 天內免費回覆，你也不會因為提出要求而受到差別待遇。依你所在的地區，你可能還有以下權利：
- 歐盟、歐洲經濟區和英國：依 GDPR 和英國 GDPR，你有查閱、更正、刪除、限制處理、資料可攜和反對處理的權利，也可以向當地的個資保護主管機關申訴。

- 其他地區：上面這些要求，我們對所有人都會處理；你所在地法律給你的其他權利也不受影響。
12. 兒童與未成年人
Purrbox 不是為 13 歲以下的兒童設計，我們不會刻意蒐集兒童的資料。錢包登入、線上對戰和商店是給成年人使用的：如果你未滿 18 歲（或未達所在地的成年年齡），要先得到父母或監護人的同意才能使用。「練習（對 AI）」完全不需要任何資料。父母或監護人如果認為兒童提供了資料給我們，請聯絡我們，我們會刪除。
13. 這個網站
這個網站不使用 cookie、不使用分析工具，也不從其他網站載入任何東西。首頁上你選的語言只存在你自己的瀏覽器裡。跟所有網站一樣，我們的網頁伺服器需要看到你的 IP 位址，才能把網頁傳給你。
14. 政策變更
內容有變動時，我們會更新這一頁和最上面的日期；重大變更會在 App 或網站上公告。
15. 語言與聯絡方式
這份政策有英文、繁體中文和簡體中文三種版本，內容相同；有出入時，以繁體中文版為準。有任何問題，或想行使你的權利，請寄信到 support@purrboxgame.party。

- SGT 查询：我们会在 Solana 区块链上查询你的钱包是否持有 SGT（用于官方排行榜和 Seeker 项圈），并保存查询结果和该 SGT 的地址。
- 外观：你购买或领取的外观，以及当前装备的外观。

- 服务器日志：技术日志可能包含钱包地址（不含原始 IP 和登录凭证），会自动轮换覆盖，只保留最近的一小段。
我们不会要求你的姓名、电子邮箱、电话、位置、联系人或照片。如果你给我们发邮件，我们会收到你的邮箱地址和邮件内容，只用来回复你。

- 公开下面所说的排行榜和每日成绩：这是你选择参加付费对战时服务的一部分。
我们不会把你的信息用于广告或用户画像，也不会以自动化方式对你作出具有法律效果或类似重大影响的决定。

- 删除信息：发邮件到 support@purrboxgame.party，附上你的钱包地址。我们可能会请你证明你拥有这个钱包（例如在钱包 App 里签名一段简短的消息）。我们会在 30 天内删除你的个人资料、外观、排行榜记录，以及与你的钱包相关的对战记录。已公开的每日成绩文件里，你那一行会换成它的指纹，链上的验证依然有效。
- 会计或税务法规要求保存的付款记录会保留；Solana 区块链上的交易我们无法删除。
- 卸载 App 会删除它保存在你手机上的所有数据。
11. 你的权利
无论你住在哪里，都可以请我们告诉你我们保存了哪些与你的钱包相关的信息、提供副本、更正、删除，或停止使用。请发邮件到 support@purrboxgame.party；我们会在 30 天内免费回复，你也不会因为提出请求而受到差别对待。根据你所在的地区，你可能还有以下权利：

13. 本网站
